Here’s an awesome screen printing project we’ve recently undertaken for the folks at Swallows & Daggers.
Below are a few process shots on how the job rolled out beginning to end using their inspiring supplied artwork!
Artwork Film Set-up
First things first was to gather the supplied artwork in the correct vector format and strip it into its individual print colours. We then print the separate templates through our AccuRIP to Epson 4900 film system.

Once the films where printed we could get the ball rolling and create our screens ready for set-up.
Screen Printing Production
All set, we tested and checked the colour registration with a few sample runs.
Happy with our quality check we started putting the ink down and producing the screen printed t-shirts with amazing results!
