Here’s a double sided, 3 colour screen printed t shirt job we carried out for Monster Energy. These where to be worn as sponsorship t-shirts for Tai Woffinden, 2x speedway World Champion.

For each colour in this design a new stencil (silkscreen) was required. This means for every colour, in this case 3, we needed to output/print a separate film.
Monster Energy Silkscreen Stencils
Using our printed films, we exposed the spot UV ink on our silkscreens, hardening where light can be shown through (everywhere but the design). We then washed out the remaining non-exposed ink, leaving behind a stencil of the artwork.

Once we had the required silkscreens prepared onto our 8 arm screen printing machine, we could then load in our 3 different plastisol inks. Plastisol inks are increasing in popularity due to the fact it can screen print onto almost any type of material. Leaving a vibrant, and slightly glossy finish.
